bare chested - or not?

i just want you to know that i'm not taking my vest off (well, it's a t shirt really).

i've seen a wide variety of idiots today - mainly men who are old enough to know better - strutting their stuff in shorts and bare chests, sucking their bellies in frantically as they soak up the sun, while walking the dog or fetching the paper.
it's not even that warm!

anyone know why they do it?
is to attract attention? is it to show how hard they are?
are they bored and this is a way of adding interest to their lives?

anyway, i need to know you think of it.

should i rethink and get me kit off?

is it cooler to keep your shirt on?

or is the sad truth that i am a wimp ...

(sulks)

My hubby had a saying that most men had a "dickydo" that is when there belly sticks out further than there dicky do.

Always on - men look ridiculous walking down the street with no top on - the only time it is appropriate is on the beach, by the pool, in the garden and possibly (and this is ONLY in ridiculously hot british summer days) at the park.

I hate it.
